Intense cherry red with ruby red highlights

Intense bouquet, finely fruity (raspberry, blackberry-cherry) and floral, spicy, light toasted aroma

Taste

Full-bodied, elegant, rich in tannins, spicy and fresh

Pairing

With roast or grilled meats, game, mature cheeses

Vinification

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration for about 4 weeks, ageing in oak barrels (225 litres) for 12 months, followed by resting in bottles for a further 12 months.
