This wine originates in the heart of the Tenno hillside, which is suited for the cultivation of this grape variety. The result is a wine with a distinct personality, the result of the contrast between the limestone soil and the excellent exposure of the vineyards.

Vinification

Soft pressing of the whole cluster grapes, fermentation and ageing in exhausted French oak barrels (225 and 500 litres); cask ageing for 8 months, followed by bottle ageing for a minimum of 8 months.
