PROCESSING :
Grappa al cirmolo comes from the infusion of shoots and pine cones collected directly from the plant. Once the grappa is distilled using discontinuous stills in a bain-marie, shoots and pine cones are infused. The resulting product is able to return all the intense notes typical of the mountains where the shoots grow.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Grappa al cirmolo has a delicate and suave perfume that is extremely appreciable. The nose has a balsamic and woody, slightly resinous note. The same freshness can also be found when sipping this Grappa.
It may contain some sediment, due to the naturalness of the product.
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
