PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
After racking in the cellar, the skins are partly distilled and partly stored for later processing. Distillation takes place very slowly and a little at a time, each stage is carried out with the utmost care as Pinot Noir Grappa is very delicate. Before being bottled, the grappa is stored at a high degree in steel for several months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Pinot Noir Grappa is reminiscent of undergrowth fruit, blackberry and raspberry. Over time these scents evolve into ripe fruit. The taste is pleasant with slightly fruity notes and a long persistence.
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
