

Wine brandy aged 20 years. Distilled by discontinuous method in a bain-marie still and aged in barrels successively.
Twenty years of "forgetfulness" are not a few... but they are the years that this Distillate has actually lived in the winery's Barricaia, in the cool natural temperature of a cellar that is the cradle of poetic evolutions.
Every year the distillate, produced strictly following the discontinuous distillation method applied to the bain-marie still, dries a little more, losing in the evaporation a part of it and emphasizing in the remaining the aromas typical of 'brave' aging.
