The small, bright orange berries of the sorb are traditionally harvested by farmers in South Tyrol when they are well ripe.

This small, wild distilled fruit offers a spirit of rare elegance, capable of surprising the nose with rich, elegant notes and seducing the palate with its full, vigorous structure.

Taste: Dry/robust
