Pinot Noir Barthenau Vigna S. Urbano

Already its ruby red colour reveals its concentration. At first glance, the bouquet does not fully develop but in succession unleashes the aromas typical of a classic 'Burgundy'. The scent of black cherries and raspberries is underlined by delicate, finely spiced vanilla tones. On the palate, this wine, matured in small oak barrels, is well balanced in its components and convincing in its elegant acidity, well-integrated tannins and exceptional aromatic concentration.

Vigna Hausmannhof Pinot Noir

On the nose, the characteristic aromas of the variety such as blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry are very evident and develop in the glass with great elegance and intensity. In the background there are pleasant notes of liquorice, vanilla and a touch of toast and bitter orange.

In the mouth, it is a wine of depth, rounded. It combines the freshness of the fruity notes with a certain fatness, in perfect balance

A wine that lends itself to many pairings such as first courses, delicate fish, white and red meat

Pinot Noir Reserve

The selected grapes come from an estate vineyard extended on the STROBLHOF in the municipality of Eppan at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level - a total of 22,500 square metres. The vineyards face south-east. Only the best grapes from old vines are vinified for the Riserva.
