Toscana Rosato IGT "Bomarzo" di Grillesino is made from grapes delicately destemmed, softly pressed and transferred to the press for a short maceration; after pressing the must is then transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Medium-bodied rosé wine, characterized by good versatility, shows good gastronomic aptitude and lends itself well to cheer, in summer, lunches and dinners.
