TRAINING: guyot
YEAR OF PLANTING: 1980
Yield per hectare: 100 q/ha
SOIL: sandy clayey mainly
HARVEST: manual in boxes with selection in the vineyard from mid-September
VINIFICATION: soft pressing, the must is fermented in tanks at controlled temperature (18-20C)
MATURATION: aging (always in stainless steel tanks) the wine is bottled in April
REFINING: glass
ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMPLE: deep straw yellow colour, pleasant and with a good taste-olfactory correspondence with a fruity finish reminiscent of banana and citrus fruit.
