Soil: loose and with an important, gravelly skeleton
Harvesting: manual in 15 kg crates when the grapes are perfectly ripe.
Vinification: Sorting the grapes first in the vineyard and then on a vibrating table in the cellar, destemming, crushing, fermentation with low sulphur dioxide content and at controlled temperature in horizontal macerators. After racking it passes into stainless steel tanks where it carries out the malolactic fermentation, then racking, again in stainless steel until bottling and a brief refinement in the bottle.

Color: shade of a beautiful ruby
Bouquet: juicy red plum, blackberry, blueberry juice; then in progression you can perceive hints of sweet pipe tobacco, vanilla berry, mentholated notes, withered mountain grass.
Taste: round and well polished tannins and expresses a good body. Then the wine opens up to an impeccable balance where savoury perceptions of fresh fruitiness come into play, accompanying the wine in a pleasant and progressively harmonious finish.
