Vinification: The must undergoes cold maceration for a few hours before pressing. Fermentation is kept at a low temperature of 15°C.
Ageing: After fermentation, the wine is racked off to slightly clarify, then rests on the yeasts until bottling.
Colour: Straw yellow to light yellow
Aroma: The aromas smell slightly of apple and pear.
Taste: Fresh and savoury in the mouth.
