Production area: Hilly vineyards in Cortaccia with southern and southeastern exposure. Hillside vineyards in Aica di Fiè with southern and southwestern exposure at 400 - 700 m above sea level.
Soil: calcareous gravel of morainal sediments in Corona, sand with medium silt content in Aica di Fiè
Harvest: manual
Vinification: after a maceration period of 6-8 hours, the must ferments in steel tanks at a temperature of 20 °C
Maturation: 50% of the wine matures for seven months on the first yeasts in large oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage. The remaining 50% ferments in steel tanks where it is left to mature on the fine lees
Colour: brilliant yellow with green reflections
Aroma: hints of flint, elderflower, gooseberry, green pepper, sage and mint
Taste: pleasantly salty in the mouth and mineral, fresh on the palate and with a finely combined acidity giving a lively finish
