Production area: vineyards south of Magrè, hilly vineyards in Cortaccia with southern and south-eastern exposure at 210 - 350 m above sea level.
Soil: calcareous gravel of morainal sediments in Cortaccia and sandy alluvial soil in Magrè
Harvest: manual
Vinification: 75% fermentation and ageing for ten months in large wooden barrels with regular bâtonnage, the remaining 25% undergoes malolactic fermentation in tonneaux
Maturation: after blending, the wine matures a further two months in cement casks, before being bottled and aged for five months in the bottle
Colour: straw yellow, with sandy-coloured nuances
Nose: floral bouquet of aromatic herbs and ripe fruit, pear, peach and melon
Taste: round body and elegant, creamy finish
Format: 0.75 l bottle
