Vinification: Soft pressing of whole grapes, alcoholic fermentation in barrique for 30% and the remaining 70% in steel for 20 days at controlled temperature; spontaneous malolactic fermentation in barrique
Ageing: In barrique and steel for 15 months in contact with its lees without racking. Subsequently blended in steel vats with the remaining wine for a further 15 months, 12 months in the bottle
Colour: intense yellow with golden reflections
Nose: tropical fruit, candied citrus fruits and spices combined with smoky notes of vanilla tobacco and incense
Taste: dense and elegant unmistakable minerality that gives impetus and freshness. Savoury finish with great persistence
