Production Area: San Quirino (PN) - Friuli Venezia Giulia
Soil: flat area consisting of the alluvial cone of the Cellina torrent. It is a thick mattress of alluvial sediments of calcareous-dolomitic nature of fluvioglacial origin located at the foot of the Dolomites.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes (0.20 Atm) with vacuum presses. The must thus obtained is cleaned by dynamic decantation. Following the innocuous use of selected yeasts, fermentation starts at controlled temperature (14-16°C) with continuous management of fermentation dynamics.
Ageing: at the end of fermentation the wine remains on the noble lees until bottling.
Colour: straw yellow
Bouquet: typical perfume of white fruits and acacia flowers. When the wine is young, aromatic fermentative notes may emerge
Taste: elegantly fruity and well structured. Good balance between acidity and aroma, with a long and persistent finish.
