Production Area: San Quirino (PN) - Friuli Venezia Giulia
Soil: flat area consisting of the alluvial cone of the Cellina torrent. It is a thick mattress of alluvial sediments of calcareous-dolomitic nature of fluvioglacial origin located at the foot of the Dolomites.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes (0.20 Atm) with vacuum presses. The must thus obtained is cleaned by dynamic decantation. After the innocuous use of selected yeasts, fermentation starts at controlled temperature (18-20°C) with continuous management of fermentation dynamics.
Refinement: at the end of fermentation the cuvée is created, which remains on the noble lees until bottling.
Colour: straw yellow tending to greenish yellow
Bouquet: citrus and floral notes blend with hints of apple, fennel, almond.
Taste: velvety, intense, with moderate acidity. The sweet tannins present make the bitter almond scent less aggressive.
Acidity: 5.7 g/l
