Production Area: vineyards on the slopes of the hills between Conegliano and Farra di Soligo, situated on the borders of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene appellation, at an altitude between 50 and 150 metres above sea level.
Soil: clayey, calcareous
Grape harvest: manual
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, selection of the flowering must, static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature
Refinement: in stainless steel tanks
Foam intake: refermentation in autoclave (cuvée close) at controlled temperature with selected ferments lasting 60 days. Tartaric stabilization at low temperature
Bottling: isobaric, after sterile filtration
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage
Bouquet: the olfactory profile is delicate and elegant with notes of white flesh fruit and citrus fruits.
Taste: pleasant balance between freshness and gentleness with good persistence
