Made from a late harvest, a white wine that dreams of being red. The skins are left with the must during fermentation hence the deep yellow color. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in steel, at the end of fermentation the skins are removed and the wine is put to age in 500-liter and 220-liter used wooden barrels, where it stays for about 1 year before being put in the bottle where it spends another 8 months.
