Gin Ferdinand's Saar Quince Gin (50cl 30%) -on

Ferdinand's Saar Quince Gin is an homage to English sloe gin, made, however, not from blackthorn but from a local product that grows near the distillery: fresh quinces. This gin is also great drunk on its own, accompanying desserts and cheeses.

MAIN BOTANICS: Angelica, rose berry, coriander, juniper, almond shell, lavender, hops, quince, wild blackthorn, rose, cut with 2011 rausch kabinett, thyme, ginger and vetiveria.
