Gin The London N°1 Sherry Cask (70cl 43%) -on

The London N°1 Sherry Cask is made by macerating and distilling 12 botanicals in a copper still. The distillate is then matured in American oak barrels used to age Jerez wine (Tio Pepe) for more than 10 years. Aging for 3 months in the barrel causes the wood components extracted from the alcohol to give the gin golden highlights and a unique organoleptic profile.
