Vodka Vulcanica Siciliana (70cl 40%) - crb

Vulcanica is an authentically Sicilian, Etnean vodka, produced from local ancient grains, mainly of the Timilia cultivar, known since the time of the Roman Empire, with low yields, low gluten content, but with a great resistance that does not require the use of any pesticides. For production, the grains are macerated, fermented and distilled in small batches, using a continuous copper column, which gives a soft and sophisticated character to this spirit, which perfectly embodies the deep essence of Sicily. Even the water for blending comes exclusively from island sources. A superior spirit from the garden in the middle of Mare Nostrum.
