DOC Trentino Merlot

The Piscol vineyard is characterised by very light clayey-calcareous soil. A wine strongly linked to the vineyard from which it originates, a feminine and elegant Merlot.

Vinification

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration for about 4-5 weeks, ageing in oak barrels for 12 months, followed by resting in bottles for a further 24 months.
