IGT White Vineyards of the Dolomites

is the wine that follows our winery principles based on the enhancement of the terroir. The grapes, harvested when fully ripe from the vineyards located in the 'Busa', come together in a harmonious composition.

Soil

Gravelly, alluvial - calcareous, clayey

Vinification

Gentle whole cluster pressing, fermentation in stainless steel, with 6 months ageing on the lees.
