PROCESSING:
Amaro Bruno was born from the combination of two late 19th century recipes: one with strong digestive properties and the other more delicate, almost angelic. Approximately 30 botanicals are carefully selected and left to infuse in alcohol for a precise time, sufficient to extract the aroma and essence of each herb. This is how the two bitters are born, which are only later combined to create Amaro Bruno.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Amaro Bruno presents itself with a natural amber colour. The nose is complex, pleasant with some floral notes. The taste is pleasantly bitter and persistent, with a pleasant, slightly bitter aftertaste.
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
