PROCESSING
The Lasso Rosso liqueur is made from a base of Müller Thurgau grape spirit. The ripe grapes of this variety are distilled in a bain-marie still at the end of September and, after ageing in steel tanks, are combined with blackcurrant juice and delicate strawberry and raspberry fruit. An only apparently simple combination that synthesises the most cultivated grape of the Cembra Valley with berries also grown in the woods surrounding our mountains. These combined aromas are reminiscent of lasso, a layer of red porphyry, the main stone widespread throughout the Cembra Valley.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
It has a natural dark red colour given by the juice and berries. The notes are of strawberry and raspberry with delicate hints of grape spirit. The taste is pleasantly sweet and aromatic with excellent persistence.
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
