PROCESSING :

Mugo pine shoots are harvested under the control of the forestry authority to respect this plant whose presence in the area is very valuable. Mugo pine shoots are rich in aromas and essential oils, and their infusion gives a delicate, unique and hardly reproducible scent. At one time the infusion of mountain pine into Grappa was thought to have medicinal effects, today it is intended to give a high mountain sip.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

Mountain pine Grappa has a delicate aroma, with hints of resin and vaguely floral notes. On the palate it offers equally delicate and balsamic notes.

It may contain some sediment, due to the naturalness of the product.

TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:

Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
