PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Pilzer Williams Pear Brandy is made from top quality fruit grown in Trentino. The pears are harvested only when they have reached perfect ripeness. Once ready, they are turned into a puree, fermented and distilled in discontinuous bain-marie stills. The brandy produced is stored for over a year in steel tanks before being bottled.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Undoubtedly brilliant and crystal clear, it possesses a distinct Williams pear aroma, delicate and unmistakable. The flavour is warm due to the alcoholic note immediately reached by the clear flavour of the fruit, persistent and pleasantly elegant.
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
