PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Historiae Grappa Invecchiata originates from a unique Cuvée, assembled from individual grape varieties distilled separately. Once the right balance has been found, it is then left to rest for 12 years in selected French oak barriques.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
The action of time and wood has mitigated the natural exuberance of the grappa, helping it to express itself to the fullest by combining the fresh aromas of the brandy with the aromas and flavours imparted by the wood.
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serving temperature 18 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
