PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
After the grapes have been pressed in the cellar, the skins are removed and immediately fermented in small tanks, to be stored for a short time. The distillation of these skins requires careful running of the still, where head and tail cutting becomes essential. Before being bottled, it is stored at a high degree in steel for a year.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Traminer grappa has delicate aromatic scents reminiscent of rose petal combined with other more mature and complex aromas such as fine notes of geranium and lemon. The taste is very intriguing, rich in nuances and with an excellent persistence. Its olfactory and gustatory complexity will engage the taster in no small measure, giving him different notes that will evolve over time.
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
