Distilled in the land of the Venetian plain of Nervesa della Battaglia, 400 Conigli Gin embodies the essence of ''Make Your Own Gin'' without neglecting the mad study for the balance of characterizing botanicals.

The goal of 400 Rabbits Gin is to achieve a base that is linear, gentle and particularly characterizing, yet as suitable as possible to enhance the flavoring.

Gin 400 Rabbits Volume 2 Rosemery is made exclusively by infusing, in a juniper distillate, a blend of two different cultivars of dried rosemary, without the addition of any essential oils or synthetic flavorings. The entirely artisanal processing steps are complex: starting with the selection of small needle-like leaves, which are then infused in two steps in grain alcohol; after a few days the resulting product is added to the juniper distillate. This is followed by an unforced carton roughing filtration and a subsequent fine filtration, entirely artisanal, without depleting the distillate of its most aromatic components.
