English-inspired, 400 Conigli Gin stands out for its Italian-ness, drawing from what the land is rich with, a Mediterranean land of intense scents, penetrating colors and inimitable flavors.

Distilled in the land of the Venetian plain of Nervesa della Battaglia, 400 Conigli Gin embodies the essence of ''Make Your Own Gin'' without neglecting the mad study for the balance of characterizing botanicals.

The goal of 400 Rabbits gin is to achieve a base that is linear, gentle and particularly characterizing, yet as suitable as possible to enhance the flavoring.

400 Rabbits coffee gin is a distillate made exclusively by infusing, in juniper distillate, a blend of coffee beans, originally from Ethiopia, after they have been roasted.

There is no addition of flavoring agents to the mixture. Juniper distillate itself is the result of aromatic extraction from juniper fruits infused in ceral alcohol.

After grinding the berries, part of them will be used by extracting the aromas in a water bath. The remaining part is infused for a few days in ethyl alcohol.

The two products obtained will then be combined by dosing the quantities and complete the process of finishing this unusual product.

Filtration is also done "artisanally." The distillate is taken "by gravity" and passed through specially made linen and cotton conical sieves to keep the organoleptic profile as unaltered as possible. Forced filtrations are thus avoided, which, in some cases, could deplete the distillate of its most aromatic components.
