The words that identify these mezcals, in fact, call to mind what are the two main elements from which Yuu Baal mezcals come to life.Yuu Baal identifies a mezcal produced in a totally artisanal way, respecting the oldest and deepest traditions of the master mezcals of Oaxaca. Yuu Baal brings together a number of producers who obtain their mezcals by first taking care of their own lands, on which the agave is harvested and cultivated. Each mezcal represents a unique region of the central valley of Oaxaca and is an extraordinary expression of the terroir of the village where it is produced.

Mezcal Yuu Baal Anejo matures for one year in American oak barrels, perfectly combining the varietal components with the organoleptic characteristics acquired during aging in wood.
