This year Rare Hare celebrates its uniqueness through a 17 YO Bourbon matured in XX0 ex cognac barrels, with a production limited to 1953 bottles.

With a rich amber color, the nose is enveloped in notes of melted butter and brown sugar, together with a pleasant, but subtle, note of dried cherry and pineapple. The presence of wood is certainly important, especially in the mouth, where it expresses itself in the form of spices and tobacco, with a slight hint of leather.
