Ripasso "La Casetta", thanks to the continuous research and experimentation of Domìni Veneti's oenologists, is produced through the re-fermentation of fresh Valpolicella with the marc of Recioto, from which an absolutely original wine is obtained, with unparalleled characteristics of smoothness and complexity.

It has a deep ruby red colour with violet hues, an intense bouquet and a full-bodied flavour with notes of dried fruit. Magnificent with red meat, game and mature cheeses.
