Kōloa Spice Rum is made from cane sugar wort through the use of an impressive 1,210-gallon vintage copper steam-powered still and cut with filtered water from ancient Mount Waiʻaleʻale.
This spiced rum is dry and crisp on the palate, with prominent spices showing exactly as the nose does, the additional flavor of deeply cooked caramel and a light sarsaparilla finish.
