Plantation Single Cask are limited releases of "haute couture" rums that, in addition to the classic double aging, tropical in ex-bourbon barrels and then in France, at the Château de Bonbonnet, in ex-Cognac Ferrand barrels, enjoy additional aging in very select barrels that have contained beers, wines and other spirits. A very low quantity of rum is bottled each year, each bottle is

unique and numbered, precious.

Produced in very limited quantities, this year Alexandre Gabriel selected Fiji 2004 aged in French Rozelieures Whisky casks for Compagnia dei Caraibi.
