From the outset, the elegance of the grain, and then also the persistence, communicate that we are dealing with very high levels of quality. It has an intense, full and radiant bouquet, with honeyed notes, hints of citrus, toasted hazelnut nuances and light iodine hints. In the mouth, it is creamy and endowed with overpowering aromatic length. The aftertaste is slightly smoky and full of balanced energy.

As with all the greatest Champagnes, the Champagne Brut P2 Dom Pérignon does not need to be paired. For important occasions, it can also be thoroughly enjoyed on its own.
