Sake Asamai Kikka Nama Genshu ( 72cl 17,5%) - crb

Produced in northern Japan, in Akita Prefecture, this Genshu is bottled unpasteurized, with no filtration and no added water or alcohol, a pure product of rice fermentation. It is a type of product that is very difficult to find outside Japan.

Rich and mineral, it is slightly mellow and carries echoes of cocoa and bitter oranges. The finish, fresh and fruity, is persistent.
