Cognac Gabriel & Associes XO Borderies ( 70cl 43%) - crb

Alexandre Gabriel, the brilliant master distiller, creator of wonders, phantasmagorical producer of exceptional spirits, with this limited edition Cognac Borderies wanted to bring to market a cognac made from Ugni-Blanc grapes, distilled over an open flame in copper pot-still at medium temperature, then aged in French oak barrels for at least 10 years. At the end of this long process the aromatic palette is rich and complex, with hints of white flowers and candied orange blossom, notes due to the Charentais method. The palate is velvety and sweetish. To be drunk neat, to be enjoyed, by true connoisseurs.
