EAU DE VIE DE VIN FERRAND RENEGADE N.3 - JAMAICAN RUM BARREL | AC
The Pierre Ferrand estate is located in the "golden triangle" of the Grande Champagne region, in the Château de Bonbonnet, an 18th-century château located in Ars, just 10 km from the city center of Cognac.
Distilled in 2011, it first ages for about nine years in large French oak barrels, then ages for a year in American oak barrels formerly made from Jamaican rum, which give the wine distillate a Caribbean and rebellious character, just like the name it bears. These are the aspects that distinguish the experiments of Maison Ferrand and their brilliant master distiller and owner Alexander Gabriel. A true piece of distilling and aging art.
