Sloes ripen towards the end of autumn and are only picked after the first frost. The frost makes the flavour of these fruits more harmonious.

The sloe distillate delights the nose with rich marzipan notes embroidered with nuances of aromatic hay and hints of pulpy plums.

The palate is full, rich in marzipan notes and extremely persistent.

Its ideal accompaniment are nuts and hazelnuts and Christmas biscuits.
