Plum brandy

The sun and fine mountain air give the plums of the South Tyrolean valleys a special and very intense aroma.

Careful distillation in a bain-marie leaves these characteristics intact, which are found full and persuasive in this plum brandy with fruity, pulpy tones and hints of almond.
