A classic method sparkling wine made from chardonnay grapes grown in a hilly area, a stylistic and territorial expression of our reality. The grapes used are harvested between late August and early September by hand under careful selection. Starting from an excellent raw material, we obtain a fresh, harmonious and delicate wine that expresses the authenticity of the Dolomite territory.

Vinification
Manual grape harvest and selection, between the end of August and the beginning of September. Gentle whole cluster pressing and destemming by natural sedimentation. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and barriques for approximately 30% of the wine. Resting for 6-7 months on fine lees with periodic batonage. Final blending is carried out one month before drawing. This is followed by bottle ageing on the lees for a minimum of 30 months before remuage and disgorgement. .

Wine character
Colour: pale golden yellow
Nose: richly multifaceted, starting with notes of citrus and yellow-fleshed fruit, leading to hints of bread crust and pastries, where hints of toasting further enrich the bouquet.
Taste: On the palate, the bubble is fine and persistent and the wine is pleasantly balanced, with a distinct mineral elegance. The residual sugar of 4 g/L allows the fresh character of the terroir to be expressed by smoothing out the roughness.
Pairings
Reiff is a versatile metodo classico that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or consumed throughout a meal, lending itself well to accompany both typical Trentino and Italian cuisine as well as international dishes.
