Lugana Prestige DOP "Cà Maiol

Lugana Prestige sums up in its name the prestigious blend of elements that characterise it: a unique soil, rich in clay; the mild microclimate of Lake Garda; the noble native grape variety Turbiana, which produces white grapes of unique typicity. The grapes for the production of Prestige are selected exclusively in the Turbiana vineyards of the Maiolo estate, the seat of the Azienda Agricola Cà Maiol.

A delicate wine with a long flavour, obtained by gentle pressing and fermentation in steel vats; ready to drink after bottle ageing in the spring of the following year.

Grape variety Turbiana.

Visual Straw yellow with golden reflections.

Olfactory Clean and identifiable, it offers aromas of green apple and lime,

Wild thyme. On opening, it reveals aromas of oats and white pepper.

Taste The palate is pleasant and soft in perfect balance

between its components with a mineral finish.

Alcohol content 13% vol.

Serving temperature 8 - 10° C

Goes well with aperitifs, raw fish and seafood, used

also used as a seasoning for pasta dishes and

risottos; cooked and slightly oily fish.

PUREZZE

A typical, simple and tasty recipe, reinterpreted in our preparation with salted sardines from Lake Garda.

INGREDIENTS

Fresh sardines 45%, fresh onion, salted sea sardines 8% (sulphites), Italian EVO oil, butter, salt, natural flavours, spices. PRESERVATIVE-FREE AND GLUTEN-FREE.

Bigoli "Antico Pastificio Morelli

Typical Venetian format, handmade, drawn in bronze and made from Italian durum wheat semolina, dried at low temperature.

They are ideal for pre-cooking, do not stick or wobble, even when seasoned and kept at temperature for several hours.

The relatively short cut 2.5 mm thick drying wire facilitates use in the banquet area.

For optimal preparation, we recommend cooking it in plenty of boiling water and not turning it until 12 minutes, so that the wire does not break. The total cooking time is 22 minutes.
