Trentino Superiore DOC
Made from pure Marzemino grapes in the Superzone of Isera. Intense, almost dark ruby red. The entrance of aromas is powerful: ripe blackberry, plum, raspberry, but also hints of violet. On the palate it is elegant, dry, savoury and full-bodied, soft and rounded, with composed and gentle tannins. An integral, balanced and very pleasant wine.

Ragout with a delicate flavour. The selected roe deer meat is macerated for a long time in white wine.
INGREDIENTS
Roe deer meat 60%, fresh vegetables in varying proportions (onions, carrots, celery), Trentino white wine (sulphites), Italian extra virgin olive oil, butter, rice flour, sunflower oil, natural flavourings, spices, sea salt. PRESERVATIVE-FREE AND GLUTEN-FREE.
Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, processed by hand and dried at low temperature. They are characterised by the presence of wheat germ, the heart of the wheat grain, which is reinserted during the processing of the wheat using artisan techniques.
Of excellent consistency, they go perfectly with meat and mushroom sauces.
