Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Casanova di Neri
Casanova di Neri has been unchangingly producing its Brunello Etichetta Bianca since 1978 with an unmistakable style. This Brunello stands out in finesse and elegance thanks to the combination of the typicality of Sangiovese with the qualities that the unique vineyards where it is produced give it. A wine with great ageing potential whose qualities are constant over time.

vinification
Manual selection of the bunches before destemming and selection of the grapes with an optical selector. This is followed by spontaneous fermentation without the use of added yeasts and maceration assisted by frequent punching-down. All this takes place in temperature-controlled steel conical vats for 25 days.
ageing period
42 months in casks - 6 months in bottles
Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Castiglion del Bosco
The Brunello di Castiglion del Bosco comes from the unique Capanna vineyard, located north-west of Montalcino. The special characteristics of this vineyard, such as its natural isolation, altitude and soil, characterised mainly by the presence of clayey schists, transfer refined elegance and great personality to this precious wine.
Tasting notes
"Produced in limited quantities compared to the average, Brunello 2017 has certainly benefited from careful selection in the plots (including the Millecento vineyard). The wine is broad on the nose.
