Sylvaner Kuen Hof

Sylvaner is an ancient type of vine among the most important and renowned in the Eisack Valley. Together with Riesling, Sylvaner is our main wine variety.

The three warm and airy locations, Kuenhof, Lahner and Gasteiger, give this wine all its expressiveness. Our Sylvaner presents itself as a mineral wine with a complex, saline, fruity and at the same time intense flavour.

Sylvaner Mitterberg Spitalerhof

A vegetal, earthy, herbaceous and also floral nose, with notes of tart yellow fruit, some pepper, a hint of bacon and earthy, mineral notes. On the palate it is nutty and vegetal, restrained fruit, lots of melting and a little grip, adequate acidity, earthy and delicately herbaceous tones in the background, a trace of butter, noticeable alcohol, some persistence, slight bitterness in the background, a little saltiness, finish good but also alcoholic.

Sylvaner Pacherhof

bright yellow white wine. An elegant wine characterised by fresh aromas and scents of tropical fruit, banana and pineapple.

Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Maturation for approx. 6 months on the fine lees in steel and large wooden barrels
