Production:
Single-varietal grappa obtained by distillation in stills
bain-marie of carefully controlled and selected pomace of
Schiava and Lagrein from Alto Adige vineyards. The grappa
undergoes subsequent maturation in French oak barrels.
The quality of the product is expressly certified by the mark
"South Tyrolean Quality" seal.
Characteristics:
Full-bodied grappa with an aroma of flowers and vanilla.
On tasting, it offers a pleasantly harmonious and soft sensation.
