Pinot Noir, Schiava and St. Magdalena marc from South Tyrol, very fresh, fermented together with the wine and not pressed, to obtain a grappa that sublimely preserves the personality of the great red wines at its origin, their richly fruity notes, the vigorous but velvety body of great taste pleasure.
