Rossana

Rossana is a splendid plot of land on the outskirts of Alba, where the Ceretto family has been cultivating Dolcetto since its origins. This variety gives birth to what can be considered the everyday wines par excellence, those that go best with the dishes of rural Piedmontese cuisine. It is in order to give voice to this display need that we have chosen the path of classic vinification, capable of exalting the primary characteristics of this splendid grape. Space is therefore given to the exclusive use of stainless steel in the production process so as not to contaminate the bouquet, which remains forthright and pleasantly vinous, and particular attention is paid to maceration, which is deliberately brief, to contain the exuberance of the tannin (normally vigorous for Dolcetto).
